Oh I forgot to mention that it is also a very good tool for teaching. But for that any kind of beating is good. The faceslap isn't necessary for teaching but can be. Usually it is used for disobedience, a punishment and or becaus the owner of the slaves just likes it.

There are only two goals for real slaps. Most common goal... it is meant as punishment
Secondly: to hurt badly because it pleases the owner.
Those are the two reasons. Nothing more, nothing less.

Have you ever recieved a real face slap in Life? A real one? No? You will know what a real face slap is. That is quite Hard enough. But this shown in the video are more like caressing and playing little games.
